Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for orders of spare parts, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original and undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. if you are unsure about compatibility with your machine, or suitability of the part, please contact us and we'll be happy to advise.

Returns process

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to office@hazetech.co.uk with your order number in the subject line. A sales representative will advise of your return eligibility and/or any additional action(s) that needs to be taken.

You may then be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number that will be emailed to you with further instructions. 

Returns address and postage

Return postage cost will be covered by ourselves for damaged or faulty products, or in cases of our order errors.

For all other orders, return postage is the customer's responsibility.  We recommend using a tracked/insured postal service, as all items remain the customer's responsibility until we receive them.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claims for damages to products or errors in an order must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please save all packing and cartons for any claim against a delivery carrier. We are not responsible for any damage to any third-party products connected to our products.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original and undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
